Michael Ratcliffe - Chair

Michael Ratcliffe is the managing director of insurance brokers MR Ratcliffe Consultants Ltd. He founded CCP in 1989 as the Ratcliffe Trust and is involved with a range of other charities and organisations within Gloucestershire including the Isbourne Foundation and Rotary International. He is CEO of the Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce.

Andrew Piggott - Secretary & Treasurer

Andrew is a retired chartered accountant who has worked in industry, in practice and in the training of accountants. He currently acts within CCP as an Appropriate Adult and he is a former trustee and honorary treasurer of Welcare, part of the social outreach of the Anglican Diocese of Southwark.

Sue Barr

An active volunteer with CCP since 1990, Sue has spent time in all our service areas and continues to act as an Appropriate Adult. Sue has worked in the Probation Service, she was involved in setting up a women’s refuge and she also supports environmental and overseas development charities.

Paul Roberts

Paul runs a Cheltenham property company and has experience in Estate Agency and Mortgage Brokerage. He is also Stadium Manager of Cheltenham Town Football Club.

Allan Hinton

Originally employed in banking, Allan changed career to manage Gloucestershire’s Princes Trust Volunteers and deliver training contracts for the Learning & Skills Council. He is currently an Education Development Manager and a Major in the Territorial Army where he serves as an Officer Commanding.

Nick Hale

Nick worked in banking and the mortgage industry for 38 years and served as a Director of Cheltenham & Gloucester plc. prior to taking early retirement. He is now Chief Executive of Cheltenham Town Football Club and a member of Gloucestershire County Cricket Board.
