Cordell Ray BSc (Hons) - Chief Executive

Following several years with the Youth Service and Rethink, Cordell joined CCP in 1999 to set up a project for young people at risk of exclusion from mainstream education. He progressed to manage the Family Support Service before becoming Operations Director and then Chief Executive. He plays a key role within the Voluntary & Community Sector in shaping services for children, young people and families in Gloucestershire and is a member of various forums and strategic groups.

Dave Jones - Deputy Chief Executive

Dave joined CCP in 2001 as a training officer to work with 13 to 25 year olds. He later took over the management of Training and Education Services before leaving in 2005 to spend time with a commercial training organisation. With new skills in contract tendering and management, Dave returned to CCP in 2007 and currently sits on the Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children Board.

Amanda McPeake BA (Hons) ACA - Finance Director

Amanda joined CCP in 2001 after several years with Coopers & Lybrand and as Finance and Operations Director of a niche market payroll services company. She has overseen the financial restructuring of CCP and has introduced systems to ensure financial efficiency and rigorous budgetary control.

Rebecca Teasdale - HR Director

Formerly a Business Manager with Zurich Financial Services, Rebecca joined CCP in 2004 to develop the operating procedures for Cheltenham Foyer. She now oversees the development and supervision of CCP staff, manages the Administration team and is responsible for Quality Assurance, Complaints, and Policies.

Nigel McPeake BSc (Hons)  MInstF(Cert) - Fundraising Director

Formerly an IT Manager in a major UK Architectural and Planning practice, Nigel retrained for a career in Fundraising Management and joined CCP in 2006.
