Charles England House

Accommodation for homeless 16 to 25 year olds, including couples, families and rough sleepers in Patchway, South Gloucestershire.

Purpose

Charles England House is a high support centre for 16-25 years olds who are either homeless or facing housing crisis. There are 20 fully furnished ensuite units plus a communal day room and laundry facilities.

Staffing and Support

Charles England House is permanently staffed 24 hours per day. All clients have an allocated Support Coordinator who is responsible for assessing their long term housing and support needs, leading to the implementation of an agreed Support and Development Plan. This portable support package makes use of external specialist service providers and avoids longer term dependency on CCP.

Resettlement and Move On

Charles England House offers short to medium term accommodation for up to 6 months whilst clients work towards achieving move-on to lower support accommodation or independent housing if appropriate.
