ISO9001 Quality Award |

CCP has been successful in achieving ISO9001 Certification. This prestigious award is an International standard in use worldwide as the benchmark for Quality.
The award recognises CCPs commitment to an exceptional quality of service. With only around 3% of UK businesses holding this certificate, CCP are now at the forefront of quality service and client care.
Rebecca Teasdale, HR and Quality Assurance Director, said "We have always been proud of the high level of service we offer our clients. With the award of ISO9001, this has been confirmed by independent experts who are used to assessing service in a wide variety of different businesses."
Neil Urquhart, the assessor from CQS Certified Quality Systems, paid particular tribute to "the existing Quality systems in place at CCP which allowed the whole certification process to be completed in a matter of weeks."
